Appointments display's a list of Appointment that are assigned to you. There are 6 views under the Appointments section:
Unresulted- Appointment that have not been resulted
Pending - Appointments that have not been Marked as Completed (not a sale appt)
Today- Appointments that are scheduled for today
Tomorrow- Appointments that are scheduled for tomorrow
Sold- Appointments that have been marked sold
All- All Appointments that are assigned to you
The Appointment date and time will be on the left next to the Customer's info.
Interested In will show what the appointment is for including details.
Appointment comments and Priority Notes will also display.
Actions - View/Update Appointment, View Customer information, Create Quote, Schedule Revisit Appt and get Directions
*Note that if there is a Last Minute Scheduled Appointment or Cancellation, you should contact your Design Consultant or Installer immediately to make them aware of the change.
Add Attachments from the Appointments click View/Update under Actions
Click the + to add Attachments
Create Attachment. Take a picture or Select an Image.
*Load Pictures, PDF, DOC, XLS from your device
After taking the picture or selecting the image you can rename the image, click ADD.
Select Image to add more Attachments. Click Upload to save the Attachments to the Appointment
