Search for an existing customers or select the customer from the list to view customer details.
*Added functionality to the Customer section, if box is checked the User can search ALL customers within that stores W360. (This is a store setting that can be turned on if the store chooses)
The Icons on the bottom of the Customers page shows more information.
Info will show all customer information.
*Note the pencil next to the item, this means that the field is editable
Data has Notes and Attachments that have been saved.
Tasks shows All tasks for the customer. Use Actions to Mark Complete. Use the "+" in the bottom right corner to create a New Task.
Create Task - Enter all required fields (*), then click Create Task
Follow-ups will display if there is a follow-up scheduled.
Appointments will list the Appointment details for this customer.
Quotes any quotes saved or pending will display
Contracts will display sold contracts for this customer
