My Open Contracts will display all open contracts for the Design Consultant.
Design Consultants can see the Contract #, the Status of the Contract, Excepted Receive Date, Install Date, Comments, Flagged notes, Payments, and Balance Due for that customer.
Use the Search to find a specific customer *Note primary fields are used in the Search such as First Name, Last Name, Address, contract # (when using contract # the prefix must be added before the number).
Tap/Click on View to see more details on the contract or go to the customer's page.
This will allow the Design Consultant to provide customers with information pertaining to their job.
