My Follow-Ups will show you any Follow-ups that require some type of Action. There are 4 views under the My Follow-Ups section.
Late- any follow-ups that have not been worked and are in need are an Action
Today- follow-ups that are due today
Tomorrow- follow-ups that are due for the next day
All- will display all follows-up
Click on Actions to View Customer, Add Note, Directions, Call, Email or Mark As Rehash.
